Jeff was in the corporate and investment banking industry for 26 years in Chicago where he ultimately led BMO’s US Structured Finance Group. Upon leaving the banking industry in 2009, Jeff co-founded Renergy Capital, a financial consulting firm focused on capital raising within the renewable energy markets. In addition, Jeff has been an active investor and advisor in the private equity and venture capital markets in areas ranging from retail, real estate, renewable energy and Midwest industrial markets. In 2016, Jeff joined with Mark Stenftenagel in co-founding the Corporate Climate Alliance, a nonprofit focused on fostering corporate action to address the climate crisis.
